      Pros

      The culture and the people are top-notch. The working environment was great, as were the company events and the work hard/play hard ethos. It's a young company, as most employees are in their 20s and 30s. Many have been there for over 5 years. The bonuses were good, but probably the best part of working there was everybody seemed to care about the clients, advisors, company, and each other.

      Cons

      Salaries were a little low.

      Private company - no shareholder value BS. Amazing company culture. Extremely generous. Consistent profitability and company growth. Positive, team oriented environment, summer casual dress, great parties and company events, beer on Fridays, breakfast on Fridays, generous bonuses, fun work environment, modern, bright offices, ability to work from home. You work hard here, you can get ahead.

      Cons

      Mobility in jobs can be limited..almost nobody leaves so new positions are only from company growth.
