Historically strong bonus performance (though less so in recent years), Good benefit packages, Technology employees have competitive pay

Management takes credit for the work of individual contributors. Individuals often do not get credit for their own accomplishments, as management takes credit for the win. Poor performing employees are tolerated (and sometimes rewarded), regardless of their negative impact on others.
