Pros

Reputable company and looks good on the resume. Good springboard.

Cons

Temp workers are disposable. You are trained on the job and the training is very basic. After two months or so, that it. That's all you're going to be doing. Not much growth after you land a full time position.

Pros

Team and co-workers are great, supportive, they try to make up for low pay with social activities. Need more balance, (can't pay bills with social events) it allows for the opportunity to meet those in other departments which is beneficial for a medium-large company. On site training opportunities are beneficial. Offers great service to the FA's.

Cons

Little to no room for upward mobility. Glass ceiling. Low pay in relation to standards. Long time managers need better training in their personnel skills. Happy team members are proficient team members. Advice to management listen to employees' valid concerns.
