Pros

Team orientation in software development, great collaborative environment. They try to innovate as much as they can. Good opportunity for growth. Good opportunity for developer to practice team leading.

Cons

Frequent production crises weakens work/life boundaries, distracts management, and impedes innovation. Awesome culture statement on paper, but doesn't stand up to daily workplace stress. The total PTO policy is more stringent than it looks, especially if you have children.

Pros

Culture stated on the website is real. There are always challenges, you work with great people, and teamwork comes first. Everyone is pushed to work hard but balance with family and home is important.

Cons

the company has been growing at a very fast rate and at times it's hard to know what the longer term plan is.

Pros

Great company culture, perks, and generally good people to work with. The senior leadership seems very genuine.

Cons

Senior management is very genuine, but, is also a bit too withdrawn from the day to day. Many of the mid-level managers lack enough experience, while they have the right intentions, they lack some critical skills and knowledge, which hamper the project process. promotions can be very hard to come by, in some departments, which can impact employee moral. Lastly, salaries are falling behind. For several years, only a standard 3% annual increase has been given. Again, this can have a negative impact on employee moral.
