      Pros

      Working at Communication Works was the most professional support that I may ever receive. Not only did supervisors reach out to support me, but the company fosters a relationship between peers that supports you in all the other ways. Emotionally and professionally, this company encourages you to be the best professional version of yourself. Through many high profile cases, I had peers and supervisors to turn to for all questions. Plus, endless materials and lesson plan ideas. Look here for the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best SLPs (and some OTs) in the Bay Area.

      Cons

      My only complaint is that I can't stay with this company as I move to the other side of the country. Hopefully as they continue to grow, I have the opportunity to work in this company again.

      The Communication Works directors are committed to helping each employee find and maintain optimal work life balance. As a supervisor, I have been given access to many tools that enable me to mentor our therapists to become successful and skilled clinicians. CW provides frequent opportunities for professional development and collaboration. Therapist preference for placement is a top priority.

      No con to report! After many years with CW, my job satisfaction is still as strong as ever!
