Pros

As a travel SLP, the team was supportive, encouraging and always ready to provide resources and words of encouragement! Even with a school year that was mostly spent working from home, CW did a great job of staying connected via Zoom.

Cons

Not having placements outside of CA

Pros

Communication Works is a very friendly, supportive atmosphere. CW works with your schedule and needs. They will find full time or part time positions depending on your situation. It really feels like a family! -Competitive pay compared to other employers -Great benefits, including retirement, healthcare, and paid family leave -Placement based on your interests, career objectives, and goals -Collaborative and knowledgeable co-workers and supervisors
