Being able to help and work with students Health benefits

Cons

1. Management offers zero support 2. They expect for you to have lunch in the office, they literally tell you that you can't leave the campus 3. They know the work load is so unrealistic that they tell you to take home work with you 4. they demand a lot and offer little in recognition 5. Almost no advancement opportunities 6. Employees rarely stay more than one school year
