Pros

Hybrid work schedule, office is by train stop

Cons

The workload is unreasonable and the pay is low. I saw someone fired without cause my third week and then the same happened to me after 3 months. Promotions are not based on experience and expertise. Instead, they promote based on who they think will uphold their policies and crack the whip. I saw someone with their masters in a relevant field and several years more experience lose out on a promotion to someone without a relevant degree who’d barely entered the workforce a year and a half prior.
