Cons

Dynamic hours and an occasional lack of communication make a work life balance difficult some times.The pay is difficult to manage.

The mission of the organization is very good. The Site Coordinator Model works.

Cons

A lack of funding & resources has made it difficult to do the job. The HR department is not supportive. In order to support the students, we have to wear many hats, which can be overwhelming and speeds up burnout.
