Business Outlook
Pros
Work with an entire staff of social workers, work in a school setting. Really great case-management experience. It's a really good place to start a career in social work.
Cons
Management is run poorly-- too many politics around the administrative office and it trickles down to the staff working in the school. Not the most professional environment. There were a lot of growing pains in the organization's growth, as well. The pay is pretty pathetic. Overall, I think the management cares at least and wants to improve.
