Pros

You receive great supervision on campus and are able to develop many skills

Cons

The pay is bad, but standard for AmeriCorps. The central office staff has been shoddy at times but seems to be improving.

Pros

The benefits are great. Good office location convenient to metro.

Cons

Preferential treatment for staff. Not very good advancement prospects. Salaries are low, even for nonprofits. Lots of instability. CEO leaving. Many others have either left or been asked to leave. HR is somewhat biased and not consistent.
