Great kids and families. Helping families and students was very rewarding

Cons

A lot of work over 40 hours. I felt very unappreciated. Supervisor unfeeling and unsympathetic about illnesses and family emergencies. They are very critical re: how much you do for the kids

Pros

Helping the students in the inner city of York. Making memories and going against the grain. Making sure that the students have a even playing field and to ensure them that someone in this world, can make a difference.

Cons

Workings with disorganized, flip flopping upper management. Fake results, fake reports, fake individuals that are just smoke and mirrors. NO SUPPORT with upper management. Upper management time is WAY MORE important than yours. Even if you have a full schedule, don't think it matters to them. You just have to cancel your meetings at the last minute and do what they want. Its crazy!
