      Communities In Schools is an INCREDIBLE, research-based, effective non-profit organization.

      Cons

      Each affiliate is very, very different. Depending on where you are hired, you could have an amazing experience, or a terrible one. Also - it's a non-profit - don't expect much in the way of pay. But, if it's money you care about, you shouldn't be in the non-profit industry anyway.
