Pros

- Lots of autonomy to build the program at your school in the way you see fit. - Get lots of random days off due to following school schedule - Able to build valuable relationships with students and their families

Cons

- Not very much room to grow with company - Pay is very low while workload is high which can lead to increased burnout - experience, degrees, and licenses do not get you additional compensation because they are "not required" to do the job. - Lots of required trainings throughout the year that do not feel applicable to you if you have worked there more than 2 years. - Constantly changing workload requirements every year - Have to work through summer even when school is out so you really only get 2-3 weeks of summer break where as school staff gets a whole two months. - CEO does not seem to care about employees' but instead only outcomes.

Pros

Beinf able tod develop relationships with students and watch their progress over time. Also fhs school staff that I made friends with

Cons

Lousy and fake management. Favoritism. A organization that loces behind a mission of "being pressnt" when in really they have their employees who are in the school spend 50 percent of their week in meetings and not be present wjth the students. All while starting you out with nothing, no resources, etc. And expect at the little pay they pay you to be sales person to find and or get the resources while also needing to be at the school. Rushing data fo fit their model. Not beinf able to stadg working with mids intil November because they have sfudd gl grt done when in reality thr school needs tou to go from day 1. Toxic leadership. High cost of insurance, no on boarding experience, high turnover in leadership, ans a place you will feel burned out from and get bo help from. Oh and don't they to tell how you feel about anything because then that involves leadership. Nothing they actual do helps the employees. I could bot be happier to be out and wheee I am at now ans not in debt for a place that sees you as a number not a person
