The support you get from your DPO and others can be overwhelming. Your mental health and physical health are always supported here. As long as you do what's asked of you, you can run your program how you see fit. The students make your day!

Due to covid a lot of things are different apparently. For onboarding and training, you sit through 6 zoom calls. If you are not a hands-on person or if you like to do things behind the scenes then this job is not for you. A lot of the schools are unorganized and most of the time you are trying to connect pieces that should already be in place. It's a lot of necessary computer work and deadlines you have to meet and monitor. You are paid a bi-weekly salary. You do not get compensated as you should if you do have a Master's Degree. you have to be passionate and willing to be very creative in order to master this job.
