Tedious, repetitive, and time consuming paperwork-- You have to document all services provided on paperwork AND re-enter all the services into the data management system. You're doing a lot of work for very minimal pay. You need either a part-time job or supplemental income to get by. We received a Christmas bonus which was nice, but a raise would be better. The organization has its own set of expectations for your role as well as the school (ex: CIS says to be on site at 7:30am, school may want you to arrive between 6:30-7am). Turn over in management--- I had 3 different supervisors in one year. Not a lot of room for growth within the organization
