Low Morale

Pros

Clients and hours are great.

Cons

There was very low morale here, I often found myself overhearing people complaining about CIS. Some people complained about or made fun of clients, which I found really inappropriate. I feel like the low morale was a direct correlation with the low pay.

Pros

High quality and caring staff. Good work - life balance and generous leave policies. Very competitive salaries for area non-profits. Strong mission and vision and a great company culture that rewards hard work and dedication.

Cons

Going through a leadership change, but with a smart strong transition plan.

Quality-driven data programming. Very meticulous reporting that was easy to code once trained in.

Cons

Poor compensation. Houston starting range for Licensed Master's Level was 45k at college campus and even lower at k-12 sites
