Cons

There are truly no cons, I loved every aspect of this job. I only left because the grant that paid me was not renewed.

Helping students succeed. And great organizational model and a national base of training and support Resources are readily available, as are people who have great knowledge to share

Cons

Time management can be difficult. You wear many different hats, and it can be tricky to balance giving services with completing paperwork. However, it's worth it!
