      Pros

      Working at Communities for People, I can be a part of a success story. Helping people is my passion, and here I get to see life-changing stories as part of my regular work, like a youth almost went to an adult prison and with the help of Communities for People is now in vocational school and raising a family. I’m doing something I love at a nonprofit I love – it doesn’t get much better than that!

      Sign on bonus Wellness bank for employees Accommodating employees Supportive coworkers The kids are amazing There are always hours available I have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the youth Overall my experience as an employee at CFP is awesome.
