Cons
The only con I can think of is the medical benefit not being ideal for me personally, as I live in RI and it is a MA health company. It is still affordable, but not as useful as I would like.
I just completed my one-year mark with Communities for People in March. My experience with this company has been nothing but positive, enlightening and rewarding. I appreciate how the staff created an inclusive work culture where everyone feels welcome. The training and guidance within my first few months gave me a true picture of what my role would look like. I would recommend this role to those who are organized, detail oriented and willing to learn.
