Pros

Independent work, help families with their loved ones, good supervisors, can work extra hours and sub for cases for extra income, flexible schedule for students

Cons

Can change cases abruptly without any input, I didn’t feel like they cared about my feelings or input even though I worked there for 3 years+

Pros

There are a lot of nice people that work here other then management who do treat disposable. You do get benefits but the insurance they offer don't cover much. You will see a change in clients life and if you are seeking a career in Psychology the experience they offer is good.

Cons

The employees are undervalued and over worked. You are encouraged to spend a great deal of unpaid time working and given little support when there's a decrease in hours or cancellations. During which they give you a myriad of reasons not to pay for your time. There's virtually no protection against over zealous parents and undermine your efforts.
