Pros

Good supervisors, managers, and clients, lots of room for promotions (every 6 months you get a raise), $1 raise after becoming RBT, clients and families are amazing and grateful for your support, paid experiences if during session

Cons

Had 1 terrible supervisor in my time working here but she was quickly taken off the team, you will have to submit a med record note for EVERY session you attend which is completed outside of session (pretty standard for any heathcare intervention), you will need to complete online courses in your own time

Pros

Great employees, wonderful clients, love the job locations, get travel and mile reimbursements, get to work in the home and school setting. Get to make a change and help others along the way, work together as a team; and if new to the job, to help those that shadow you. Supervisors give great feedback and supports you along the way. I’m

Cons

Pay is low, benefits premiums are high, not enough PTO, some supervisors favor others over you if you’re doing a great job. Don’t really recognize those that go above and beyond, and not enough hours to make full time.
