Pros

Flexible schedule, wonderful clients, the pay is decent

Cons

I am not one to write negative reviews, but hope this review will encourage a positive change, or at least help a potential employee make an informed choice. I have been an employee of NE ABA for the past 5 years. When I joined it was a smaller company with an owner who seemed to have vigor and enthusiasm and an active physical presence in the the work place. He was even would participate in the new hire training. Everything was good until Somewhere during the pandemic this leader sold the company to Stepping Stones Group. Since the take over things started to go downhill , and fast! Supervisors layoffs, Office staff communication breakdown, payment mishaps, massive employee turn over that lead to new hire desperation (they will hire any one with a pulse), client service suspension (because of staffing shortage), and a shortage of hours for current employees. I do hope the company will shine again like it once did , but as of now I can't recommend this company. It seems that the desire for expansion and profit has surpased the original core mission- providing quality support for clients and their families.
