Pros

When I first started this company, it had a friendly family-like environment. The work ethic was strong and the Vacation Purchase Package was nice.

Cons

Now, it is nothing like that. Their turnover rate is ridiculous, we are losing top people more and more. Even sat with one of the managers as she told me that everyone here is completely REPLACEABLE. I understand the truth of that statement but it only shows how much they don't give a crap about their employees. I don't even care what financial incentives they throw, it still doesn't cover up the fact this is probably the worst place to ever work.
