      One of the best ABA agencies to work for

      Pros

      I don’t know if it’s because STAR was my first agency but I’ve been at about 5 now and none have compared!! I was with star for a year and a half, the only reason I left is because I moved to a different city. But definitely the most organized agency and the only one who seems to know what they are doing! also so much supervisory support & the supervisors truly care about their therapists and kiddos!

      Hard to get hours sometimes but that is the norm across all agencies

      Flexible with scheduling, competitive pay, intensive training, pay for certification and schooling, referral bonuses, paid drive time and mileage, partially paid benefits for employees with 20+ hours/wk

      Cons

      Can feel isolating since you don't work with others often, can have awkward gaps between clients

      Hire within the company. Great benefits. Help with obtaining an BCBA

      Cons

      Very low pay compared to a lot of other companies Case Mangers/ Supervisors don't communicate well with Therapist. Supervisor abuse the power will write you up for being on time and showing up the same time as you do.
