Pros

Star really cares about its employees. My clinical manager is great and so are my supervisors. I got this job with little experience and I have learned so much in the past two years. They have really invested in my developement.

Cons

Star may pay their employees a little less then competing companies, however this is so they can provide benefits and support. There is a lot of driving and hour do change but that is the same with every behavioral agency.

Acceptable but not great

Pros

Supervisions from BCBA are available

Cons

No scheduler, you need to contact supervisors if there are any issues with scheduling (cancellation, vacation, etc). Some supervisors are great, however, not all of the supervisors have their BCBA or have a master degree in ABA.
