Pros

Flexible work time, amazing clients, paid drive time, some supportive supervisors, keep working on supporting and checking in with fellow team members on a regular basis.

Cons

Pay is not dependable for RBT's. Lack of compensation for cancellations does not allow for job security. Love working for this company, but need to feel more secure and protected when clients cancel. Strongly thinking of leaving the company due to the new policy of not being supported or offered alternative work for short notice cancellations.

Pros

The children and families you meet can make this job very rewarding. When you quit this job and get a better job at a school district, you'll have a lot of experience.

Cons

I don't know where to start. The longer I worked for this company the more it seemed that this company really did not care about its employees at all. The worst thing you can do is give this company a clear schedule, they will take advantage of this and give you insane schedules that involve driving extremely far, have to take a three hour unpaid break, and then go back to work. Bssically all management and supervisors are hit or miss, you have your amazing co workers that make work fun and satisfying, and then you have your stuck up, only sees you once a month, supervisor that yells at you when your clients program isn't going exactly her way. These experiences may seem personal, but believe me these were concerns our staff constantly talked about. They train you very little for what is to come on your first day. It does not matter what your experience level is, they are desperate for people so they will hire you and then put you on cases you do not have enough experience for as long as you have the availability.
