Micromanaging management, unsafe staffing numbers, job title wasn’t exactly same as what a normal emt would be doing

Management hasn’t got a clue, getting a pay rise is impossible- they literally got rid of the policy for it. Management doesn’t care about you or the clients. Overtime, even when needed can get your staff in trouble. Often dangerously understaffed. Oh and they’ll hire a new guy for $6k more annually who under performs you and refuse to talk about making up the difference. “Be happy you don’t have as much overhead expenses as the other team, it’ll be easier to develop an income to expense ratio.” Can’t make this up.
