      Pros

      Easy paycheck. Hybrid or WFH depending on department.

      Cons

      Overpaid useless middle management and leadership teams. When the new shine wears off, they lose interest in projects and people. Favoritism and nepotism rule and one hand doesn't know what the other is doing!

      Pros

      Very inclusive and supportive environment with ample opportunity to learn and grow within the industry. People are out of their way kind.

      Cons

      No shortage of work to go around which is good experience but can be some long hours if you apply yourself. Management is understanding and open about the number of hours that are put in.

      Pros

      The mission of the organization is amazing.

      Cons

      Diversity at a senior level especially for African-Americans is not there. This is problematic when the organization manages and builds housing in predominantly African-American neighborhoods.

      We appreciate your feedback on the mission and also regarding diversity at TCB. While we strive to improve our diverse representation at all levels of the organization, we are proud of the fact that of the 21 senior most leaders in the organization currently, five are African-American. This includes leaders in Property Management, Real Estate Development, Communications and Fund Development, and Human Resources.
