* Generally poor benefits
* Small bonus + small salary raise every year does not keep up with inflation
* Told there is no budget for training. No opportunity for career development
* HR works for the Friends' Club, does not work for employees. I wouldn't dare complain to upper management or HR about anything or I'll most likely be writing my ticket out. I do not perceive any employee loyalty
* Heavy at the top, lower-level employees do not participate in Management meetings or roundtables with senior leaders
*Senior leaders are detached from reality and delegate almost all responsibilities to middle managers
*Middle managers are allowed to abuse their power and mistreat direct reports
*Plenty of waste everywhere you look
*Improvisation, on-the-job training, mediocrity, and chaos are rampant
*Sycophants and dumb people abound. They make the Friends' Club members laugh, lift their ego, feel smarter, etc. and therefore are allowed to continue on impacting productivity/efficiency
