6yOur mission is around building strong communities for residents, but clearly we must place a high value on employees in order to achieve that mission at each of our properties. That is an important balance and I'm sorry that it sounds like we didn't achieve that in your case.

6yThank you for your honest feedback. I'm sorry that this has been your experience to date. Cross department collaboration is an area that we are actively working to improve. Earlier this year we held an Assembly for 300 staff with Collaboration as the theme. We are working to create clearer, more visible expectations around the need for collaboration and doing training that relates to this topic. We definitely have more work to do in this area but we are committed to trying to improve this aspect of TCB culture. In a few cases have made leadership changes as a result.
