Mission driven organization delivering much needed affordable housing A lot of bright people here who really care about the organization Organization is open to change and working to address some of its shortcomings Great progress being made in Property Management, which was an area of concern in the past
Cons
Employees spread across thirteen states, so communication and alignment can be challenging. Organization has been too siloed, but trying to work on this. Progress made on communication, but still need to do more in order to drive further improvement.
