      company will train you in your field to be the best you can be. worker are great to work with and President really care.

      none. it was a great place to work for, sorry i left there in the first place.

      Thanks for the feedback. You should consider coming back. We have a number of "two timers," individuals who have left the organization and then come back later in their careers. This includes our CEO. On communication, we are actively looking at ways to enhance communication. This is something we definitely heard via our most recent employee survey and are looking at how to address this.

      Pros

      The Community Builders is a great mission focused company operating an a much needed space providing safe and secure housing to lower and middle income families.

      Cons

      Because of the earnest mission focus from all parties, sometimes coordination across function suffers and you get a lot of effort working in siloes.

      If you're a 30 something year old male, great company for you. Good ole' boy network for sure. Track record of promoting 30+ year old males lacking experience. Apply with them if you fit this description.
