Pros

At least they were consistent in letting me and my client what exactly was going on about me not being able to get paid for working for her anymore, and that no other caregiver was coming out to care for her as soon as I left. I was disgusted at this point.

Cons

They treated my client in a disrespectful manner. The pay rate did not match the job duties. The hours did not match the timing of getting the job done. I had more contact with payroll than I had with speaking to home health company, no questions or updates about the client I was working with. No equipment was given to care for client.

Nepotism

Pros

Cronyism is explainable when relatives and friends with a wealth of experience are invited and hired. In the IT department proficient employees with great years of experience are dismissed in favor of nepotism. Unbearable working conditions and an atmosphere of coercion to resign are created for a targeted worker. As a result this employee resining in most cases.

Cons

If the victim does not leave, managers are firing him or her out with baseless accusations. Not all victims endure the hostile work environment. Two programmers died under strange circumstances at that department. One of them very young who had no health issues suddenly died at work during lunch time in February of last 2019 year.
