      Pros

      Ccfi is a great place to work and has many benefits! 401k, PTO accruals, health, dental, vision etc. They take care of their employees and are always there for guidance and continuous training. I have been with this company since 2017 and have enjoyed working here.

      Cons

      I have nothing negative to say about Community Choice ! I’ve always preferred smaller businesses to work and ccfi has over 500 stores but I can say immediate upper management up to regional provides excellent employee relationships and is always there if we need anything!
