      Upper management cares about long term employees. Owners are loyal and a lot of people stay a long time

      Cons

      Some departments are run by psychos. Pay is random depending on how well you get along with upper management

      The insurance is expensive and doesn't cover much. The hours are horrible.

      I love the more casual work environment (even our President wears jeans to work)! A benefit is the smaller corporate environment means you know most everyone.

      Cons

      There really isn't a true structure to the job families. For example, while you can learn and grow, many times, there is no "next level" to promote to, regardless of whether a position became available.
