Pros

PTO, Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends

Cons

Horrible management starting at Director level and getting worse the higher it went. Extremely low pay Bad health insurance Constant pressure to perform at higher levels, when we set the standard of organization, bad debt, and collections for the entire district. Little to no recognition for your achievements as a store or associate. No room to grow within the company

Pros

I can’t think of one. This company is run like it doesn’t affect its employees or customers.

Cons

They replaced me with someone making considerably less money and took my location from $6m to less than $2m in less than two years. Don’t want to pay for the performers to stay and make money because you have to pay them bonuses with great performance is not a good model.
