Pros

I have worked for Checksmart for 25 years. This company truly cares about their people and their customers. They continue to offer great benefits to employee and the best products to their customers. During Covid they were able to stay open to help customers face to face without appointments and still keep everyone self by following strict sanitizing guidelines. Customers enjoy being waited on by are staff and they compliment us on how we go above and beyond to help each customer.

Cons

There are no complaints at this time.

No support for management

Pros

With the hours of each store you are able to schedule flexible hours

Cons

No hiring support for low staff stores, store managers are expected to recruit their own employees even if they are short staffed. This leads to overworked managers who work 60 hours a week.
