Pros

No pros honestly. You get a work truck I guess.

Cons

Too much work for not enough money, they expect you to be on call everyday all day. Management really don’t care about work life balance expects you to be at their beck and call. They don’t know how to talk to people.

Pros

I do this part time as a full time college student and it’s the best paying part time job I can find. Pretty great management though sometimes I struggle to get responses, I just assume everybody working hard or doesn’t want to be bothered when they’re off. They promote form within the company and have talked to me about full time positions and district manager openings.

Cons

Very very hard/ physically demanding work. I hit 7 miles in 3-3 1/2 hours. (Sunday 10 1/2 miles in roughly 4 1// - 6 hours) Lots of tenants don’t follow rules so you’re dealing with their trash problems. Some rentals complain when you don’t grab their loose trash or other items that the company doesn’t grab.
