      Pros

      CCS has an incredible work culture. Its a company that has doubled and grown since I have been here. They take care of each employee. I have gotten multiple raises since I have started. They truly reward hard work. This is a company that treats you like family. There is plenty of room to grow and get promoted. I look forward to the next 10 years with CCS!

      Pros

      This is the most fun work experience I've ever had, while at the same time the most challenging. I've grown so much personally while at the same time developed deep professional and personal relationships. Diversity in all forms is truly welcomed.

      Cons

      It's not easy, you will be pushed but you won't be held to a standard any higher than the ownership holds themselves. Not really a con after all.
