Great coworkers, terrible pay

Pros

Team members are closely knit, supportive coworkers, generous time off

Cons

Higher up executive are completely out of touch with front line staff. Upper management get large generous bonuses with how CHR structured their finances, while front line employees depend on state assistance. CEO gave herself a 40% wage increase in 2023 yet frontline workers earned a 1-5% one time bonus. They are also very focused on substance use, not mental health. Most programs cater to SUD.

Great Benefits; Low Pay and High Expectations

Pros

CHR has fantastic benefits, including generous time off.

Cons

The pay is fairly low (it is non-profit, so it is somewhat expected). Additionally, the caseload expected for clinicians is high and continuously increasing.
