Pros

there aren’t really any pros to this place.

Cons

terrible place to work, company does not care about you and will overwork you until you’re pretty much burnt out. hours are absolutely terrible and management doesn’t respect workers.

Pros

Great people work there. Opportunities for advancement are prevalent.

Cons

Pay is low and new people are being brought in at higher rates than existing staff. Senior management is out of touch with what is going on in the programs and do not take feedback. I don’t think the CEO has been to half of the programs in the company, so how does she have any idea what is going on? Company has grown too fast and there is no longer any care towards employees. A family type environment has turned to a corporate mess. I can no longer recommend this company and I’m looking for a new job.
