You can leave, work somewhere else for 6 months, and come back 15k-20k higher salary. No appreciation for loyalty to company

Execs resent suggestions of common sense approach to completing projects. Looked forward to going to work at the beginning; with change of I.T. dept Mgr, new manager had multiple faces, and atmosphere became similar to dictatorship and walking on egg-shells. Word to the wise, be sure you are happy with your role and income going in, because it won't get better.
