      Pros

      Work from home. Some Managers are understandable if you have an emergency

      Cons

      Lack of communication with the offices and call center. In order to get the FULL quarterly incentive amount the whole team need to do pass.

      I was in a call center environment. They wanted to improve and tried hard with new systems, training and reviews.

      Pros

      Great co-workers. Good structure. Expectations were communicated clearly.

      Cons

      There was some diversity in work ethic of the team yet all were managed the same. Management did not seem to recognize some were more dedicated and wanted more work. Everything was kept on a even field. A bit of distrust by management because of a few who took advantage of the system.
