Ability to work remotely.

Cons

Unprofessional and rude corporate coding manager. Nice when she wants something but when things don’t go her way she becomes uncooperative and down right snotty.

Pros

Benefits and pay are excellent for experienced coders. Education is provided and paid for.

Cons

Program used is very unstable and unreliable. Billion dollar corporate should be able to provide tools that work or switch to different tools. Program that is used is a monopoly and IS/program repersentives could care less. As long as goals are met nothing happens.
