      Hostile Work Environment

      None none none don’t take the job.

      Cons

      All 3 supervisors are hostile. They act as if they own you. Salary position, you will a whole more extra hours than you will ever get to take off. The lazy people in the department get the better jobs. There are no good jobs and you will rarely get to take a break

      You will be Overworked but Good for experience towards Nursing, Med, PA school

      Pros

      Staff, Nurse, Other PCTs are pretty friendly and helpful. Cafeteria's pretty good with a rotating menu and 20% off for employees.

      Cons

      Self scheduling sucks: you don't essentially get all the shifts you sign up for and as a full time staff do not have two consecutive days off every week especially if you want your weekends off because you need to work every other weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) and you'll petition for shifts only to have supervisor go back and give you awkward gaps in between work where you work 3, 1 off, and back for 2 to get one off again.
