It's a job..CHS is everywhere. There are openings most everywhere because turnover is so high
Cons
The other comments about upper management abusing and underpayment middle management are spot on. So too is the comment about writing you up on hearsay without conducting proper HR investigations. The company simply does not value rank and file employees. Read the Code of Conduct. Not a word about valuing employees. There is no employee wellness programs except EAP which you will need if you work at CHS because the culture of the organization is awful. Very low scores on employee satisfaction. Never an employer of choice.
