Cons
The politics of this place are off the charts. The pay is low compared to my next con - the workload. Just endorse your life over to them. You will notice from Day 1 that the training is very poor. For about 3 weeks, you will sit idol as all other employees and managers are overloaded. Then about week 4 you will be overloaded with no idea how to do anything. You should be up to speed by month 8. This place has really just grown too fast and they can't keep up. The loss of 30 hospitals also means they will probably do some down-sizing soon. Good luck.
