Employee turnover is high because there is no potential for promotion. Even if there was, your pay will be at an unacceptable level. Opportunity to advance is slim because departments will hold their "best people" back because there is lack of employees who have been with the company over 3 years.
The pay practices here are evil. Salary is not discussed and position salary ranges are "anonymous." If you are below that pay range, they will not bump you up to the MINIMUM because of internal promotion rules.
The Company runs "lean" so you get insulting annual raise and few tools available to do the job you need to do. All this goes on while the CEO, CFO and other top management fly to horse raises and back and forth to their homes on one of the company jets, EACH WEEKEND.
Patient and "community cares" are myths. It is all about pushing for more profit. We have to do training because of a settlement with the Department of Justice but the e-mail the CEO sent out discussing it did not mention it was due to the lawsuit. He must think the employees are stupid.
