Low pay and little interaction with managment

Vicious corporate culture where they will lie to your face. They have a diversity statement that is as worthless as the paper it is written on. Management fosters an environment of hate and racism. Management constantly talk about "throwing people under the bus". Yet they would throw their own mothers under a real bus to get ahead. No real innovation. Zero communication between leadership and staff. Mid level management bullying and gossiping. Corporate finger pointing. This place is one trial away from a DOJ shutdown (Enron). This place is toxic from the tippy top down.
